The latest study has shown coffee consumption actually lowers your risk of death. The study printed in JAMA Internal Medicine on July 2, 2018 studied 498,134 people, male and female over a decade. The exact results are astonishing!

  • Drinking less than a cup of coffee a day was connected to a 6% reduction in premature death
  • One cup of coffee had an 8% lower risk associated with it
  • Two to five cups of coffee had a 12% risk associated with it
  • Six to seven cups of coffee had a 16% lower risk
  • Eight cups of coffee or more had a 14% lower risk

The authors of the study noted other improvements in the subjects including:

  • Improvements in how inflammation was handled
  • Improved liver enzyme levels
  • Improved Endothelial function
  • Improvements in insulin sensitivity
