Is it ever going to end with the many thousands of health benefits of vitamin D…Let’s hope not.

In the January edition of the Journal of Biological Chemistry, researchers showed that deficiencies in vitamin D may contribute or lead to Crohn’s Disease. Basically, they found that adequate levels of vitamin D altered the immune system, which had beneficial effects on Crohn’s Disease. They were able to show that having optimal levels of vitamin D  is a wonderful preventative measure.

So if your suffering from Crohn’s disease or any other digestive trouble, vitamin D is an a inexpensive complimentary treatment to help your condition.

Till next time…
