Here is a nice dish a client made as she transitions to a healthier lifestyle:
It looks great, it tastes great and, most importantly, is healthy!!!
- Sweet potato microwaved using the standard microwave setting
- Pre-heat oven on 450°
- Cut up assorted vegetables together with sweet potatoes, and put them along with the salmon in a dish with some low salt seasoning and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Salmon was from Costco where she told me they sell a variety of different packs of frozen salmon. (Maybe I should go to Costco?)
- Sit down and enjoy!
