Here’s A Healthy Recipe From One Of My Clients

Here is a nice dish a client made as she transitions to a healthier lifestyle:
It looks great, it tastes great and, most importantly, is healthy!!!

  • Sweet potato microwaved using the standard microwave setting
  • Pre-heat oven on 450°
  • Cut up assorted vegetables together with sweet potatoes, and put them along with the salmon in a dish with some low salt seasoning and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Salmon was from Costco where she told me they sell a variety of different packs of frozen salmon. (Maybe I should go to Costco?)
  • Sit down and enjoy!
