"I really can’t believe how powerful hypnosis is. I accomplished more in 6 months then I have in 3 years of therapy. I have better self esteem, motivation, and I am now a more positive person. I used to be a worry wart and negative about everything in life. Dr. Robert your service is fantastic."

“I am so glad I consulted with you. The chemotherapy I was receiving was causing me to lose weight. Through your diet I was able to put the much needed weight back on and keep my immune system strong. Even when I had trouble getting food down you were able to work out a way for me to get my much needed calories. I still avoid those foods you told me would weaken my immune system and I feel you really helped me during my treatments.
- Mildred Harnack,
Lyndhurst, NJ
“I have nothing but great things to say about The Banish! Program. I am 53 and have smoked since I was a teenager. I have tried to quit countless times. Cold turkey, patches, gum, zyban, you name it I tried it. All except hypnosis. I'm not even sure how I found out about your site, but I decided to sign up. Right after the session I felt different. Very little cravings and no cheating. I have been smoke free now for 5 months. This is a huge accomplishment for me. I have never been able to go more then a week or two without backsliding and returning to smoking. I am so delighted that your program worked. I have told several people about it and will continue to spread the word if anyone is trying to quit.”
–Edward Robinson,
Pequannock, NJ

“Your were the third nutritionist I saw in 7 years. I never had anyone spend as much time and ask me as many questions as you did. You are very thorough in what you do. My acne cleared up, my energy came back and I feel bad saying this, because everyone wants to lose weight, but I gained the weight I needed.”
-Mary Lou, Maywood, NJ
“The migraines I have had during my PMS week are much improved. Your advice worked.”
-Patricia Glasser,

“I met Dr. Robert at a health fair a year ago. We spoke for a while and I knew I had to consult with him in regards to my daughters asthma. Since working with him she has needed less of her medication and her asthma is much more manageable.”
-Alexis Varner, NJ
“You really helped me advance my career by helping me overcome my fear of public speaking.”
-Brian B. Lawyer, NJ
“I had out of control blood sugar and couldn't stop my cravings for bad foods. Dr. Robert gave me a realistic diet I could follow along with a few supplements to help my body. Now my blood sugar is perfect and my food cravings are gone. I also lost some weight.”
-Sheila T, Nurse, NJ
“My cholesterol is down below 200. Thanks for your guidance."
-John Mason,

“My boyfriend went out and signed me up to see Dr. Robert, knowing how debilitating my depression had become. I was skeptical, because anything I’d ever tried in the past that promised relief never worked.
I was really surprised at what Dr. Robert told me. I had no idea the negative effects my habits were having. I couldn’t believe that in just one week I was feeling so much better!"

Stop Smoking Naturally
The facts are these -- cigarette smoking is the direct cause of a wide range of illnesses and disorders, including chronic bronchitis, angina, peptic ulcers, heartburn, emphysema, and many other respiratory ailments. In the US, smoking is a key factor in one-third of cancer deaths and one-fourth of fatal heart attacks; smoking is a factor in more than 15% of all deaths.
Smoking is a high-risk behavior with fatal consequences. Smokers live with more ill-health and die at a younger age. Nearly everyone understands this. But smoking is also addictive. Conquering a habit this powerful can seem like a daunting task. And there is little point in beating smoking, destructive as it is, if the method used doesn't lead to a permanent improvement in overall health. A smoker who can stop smoking naturally has a head start in sustaining a healthier lifestyle.
Cigarettes are loaded with toxic chemicals, at least forty of which are directly linked to cancer. Smoking cigarettes places nitrogen dioxide ozone in the body, a chemical that damages DNA and reduces the amount of vitamin C available for use by the body. When DNA is compromised and vitamin C is reduced the body will not be able to fight off illness and aging will be accelerated.
In addition to this, cigarettes contain nicotine, an extremely addictive substance. Nicotine, when ingested, triggers the release into the bloodstream of serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine; it also causes production of adrenaline, increasing both heart rate and blood pressure. When nicotine is ingested the user initially experiences a sensation of relaxation; but with repeated use, the body develops a tolerance for the drug, which means that bigger and bigger amounts are needed to achieve the effect. At this point, the user who stops smoking will experience withdrawal symptoms, including:
- Anxiety
- Craving
- Difficulty Concentrating
- Frustration
- Irritability
- Anger
- Elevated Blood Pressure
- Headache
- Slowed Heart Rate
- Restlessness
- Stomach Sensitivity
Addiction to smoking cigarettes is more than simply physical; smokers often crave the habits and rituals associated with their smoking. Smoking seems to them to relieve stress and anxiety which they don't know any other way to handle. Group therapy or counseling can help with this. If a smoker can stop smoking naturally, self-hypnosis audio can be a useful tool to aid recovery.
The following are some suggestions to stop smoking naturally:
- Cigarette cravings will pass after about five minutes.
- Nicotine cravings ease gradually over time.
- Move-walk or do other exercise to divert your attention from cravings.
- Keep away from people smoking.
- Stay hydrated--drink several glasses of water per day.
- Add more fruits and vegetables to the diet.
- Cut saturated fats, processed foods, and refined sugars from the diet.
Even after a smoker is able to stop smoking naturally, the lungs are still in need of rest and recuperation. To assist the lungs in recovery:
- Avoid second-hand smoke...
- Wear a mask if working with strong chemicals.
- Aromatic herbs such as rosemary, thyme, ginger, horse radish, and cayenne may help one feel better.
- Try to exercise outdoors everyday.
- Yoga, tai chi, or other relaxation techniques may also help.
