"I really can’t believe how powerful hypnosis is. I accomplished more in 6 months then I have in 3 years of therapy. I have better self esteem, motivation, and I am now a more positive person. I used to be a worry wart and negative about everything in life. Dr. Robert your service is fantastic."

“I am so glad I consulted with you. The chemotherapy I was receiving was causing me to lose weight. Through your diet I was able to put the much needed weight back on and keep my immune system strong. Even when I had trouble getting food down you were able to work out a way for me to get my much needed calories. I still avoid those foods you told me would weaken my immune system and I feel you really helped me during my treatments.
- Mildred Harnack,
Lyndhurst, NJ
“I have nothing but great things to say about The Banish! Program. I am 53 and have smoked since I was a teenager. I have tried to quit countless times. Cold turkey, patches, gum, zyban, you name it I tried it. All except hypnosis. I'm not even sure how I found out about your site, but I decided to sign up. Right after the session I felt different. Very little cravings and no cheating. I have been smoke free now for 5 months. This is a huge accomplishment for me. I have never been able to go more then a week or two without backsliding and returning to smoking. I am so delighted that your program worked. I have told several people about it and will continue to spread the word if anyone is trying to quit.”
–Edward Robinson,
Pequannock, NJ
“You're a hit. We received a lot of positive feedback regarding your programs. Your really provide a great service to the community. Thank you for the all the hard work in making our programs a success. We look forward to working with you again.”

“Your were the third nutritionist I saw in 7 years. I never had anyone spend as much time and ask me as many questions as you did. You are very thorough in what you do. My acne cleared up, my energy came back and I feel bad saying this, because everyone wants to lose weight, but I gained the weight I needed.”
-Mary Lou, Maywood, NJ
“The migraines I have had during my PMS week are much improved. Your advice worked.”
-Patricia Glasser,

-Alexis Varner, NJ
“You really helped me advance my career by helping me overcome my fear of public speaking.”
-Brian B. Lawyer, NJ
“I had out of control blood sugar and couldn't stop my cravings for bad foods. Dr. Robert gave me a realistic diet I could follow along with a few supplements to help my body. Now my blood sugar is perfect and my food cravings are gone. I also lost some weight.”
-Sheila T, Nurse, NJ
“My cholesterol is down below 200. Thanks for your guidance."
-John Mason,

“My boyfriend went out and signed me up to see Dr. Robert, knowing how debilitating my depression had become. I was skeptical, because anything I’d ever tried in the past that promised relief never worked.
I was really surprised at what Dr. Robert told me. I had no idea the negative effects my habits were having. I couldn’t believe that in just one week I was feeling so much better!"

Natural Health Services
What is meant by "Natural Health"?
The term natural health describes a fully scientific, reason-based approach to health care. The unifying beliefs, concepts, and general attitudes of natural health practitioners fall under the term.
Natural health is a form of alternative medicine that studies nature and natural processes to arrive at explanations and solutions for questions and problems about health and illness. It takes in several Western types of alternative medicine that are described by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), a division of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), as (1) Biologically Based Therapies, and (2) Mind-Body Interventions for stress management.
There is nothing "magical" or "mystical" or "New Age" about natural health services and methods. The emphasis in natural healing techniques has historically been on prevention and on discovering and promoting the life habits that best promote health: eating natural whole foods, making use of nutritional supplements where needed, stress management relief, and exercise.
Today's interest in natural health and the services provided by natural health practitioners can be seen as a renewal of the mid-19th century Popular Health Movement, which emphasized opening up health maintenance techniques to ordinary people rather than keeping such knowledge as the professionally held secrets of doctors. Much of the knowledge and practice of such techniques have repeatedly stood the test of modern scientific scrutiny. Natural health is not anti-scientific or anti-rational; it rests on a foundation of objective study and research into natural phenomena.
"An evolution is occurring in health care as more natural medicines gain acceptance. Interestingly, this acceptance is largely a result of increased scientific investigation and the public's awareness of this research. It appears that medical researchers now have in their possession the technology and understanding necessary to more fully appreciate the value of 'natural' therapies. In essence, many natural therapies are being improved or refined through scientific investigations. Science is paving the way for the medicine of the future -- a medicine that recognizes the healing power of nature."
-- Encyclopedia of Nutritional Supplements by Michael T. Murray, N.D.
Natural health services complement convention medical services
There is no reason that natural health services cannot be used in conjunction with conventional medical therapy. They should be viewed as complementary, adjunct methods to standard medicine.
A short history of natural health
The techniques and services associated with natural health didn't truly become common until the late 20th century, when vitamin purveyors, some health food stores, and the increased availability of health and medical information on the internet created a new environment. As already noted, the present interest in natural healing practices in the US is in part an outgrowth of the 19th century Popular Health Movement.
It was the urgent search for therapies for dangerous infectious disease that led to the earlier "nature cure" and "natural hygiene" movements. In contrast, natural health services were offered in order to prevent the development of the kinds of disorders caused by unhealthy life habits by using nature-based therapies, never to treat infectious disease or acute medical conditions.
Hygiene movement proponents adopted "natural hygiene" to distinguish themselves from standard medical theorists and doctors who had, after much controversy and resistance, accepted hygiene practices in their normal routines by the beginning of the 20th century. In a similar way, advocates of natural health added the word "health" as a mark of their disagreement with the tenets of natural hygiene, since the latter movement was opposed to the use of nutritional supplements, considering vitamin therapy to be a form of drug-taking.
Neither the original hygiene or nature cure approaches were concerned with stressful modern lifestyles as influencing health and illness. But that concern lies at the heart of natural health services as they have developed from the 1800s to today. A basic principle of natural health practitioners is the connection between mind and body (an idea with a long history in Western thought), making mental states, including mental and emotional stress, an important causal factor in both health and illness.
